New Callout From Google Makes Advertising Easier

If you have been advertising with Google AdWords over the last two years, you know that they make changes from time to time. It is very common for them to implement these changes on a small scale, and then release them to the general public. Google has recently introduced something called callouts on their advertising platform. It is a new ad extension that allows any advertiser to have much more advertising space to offer promotions, sales and free shipping.



Now, as a result of having more room, advertisers will no longer have to use up the minimal amount of space that they already have when making a creative. They can now place additional information in the callouts, and still keep their highly converting ads intact, making it an even better way to generate targeted visitors.

These callouts are actually very ingenuity of them that they still keep a person focused upon the ad copy that you are displaying, which if it is converting very well, you don't want to change the words which could alter your conversion rate, or your click through rate, which could lead to a loss of sales. We all know that certain ads will convert better than others, which is why this callout function makes it very easy for people to add additional information without disrupting the flow of a highly converting advertisement.

As all advertisers recognize, as does Google, your CTR is a very important component of your advertising success. Obviously, you have to have a highly converting landing page, and products and services that offer exceptional value, to expect sales from the targeted visitors that click through to your site. However, your CTR, the number of people that actually gets your landing page, is equally important, and with the addition of the callout extensions, you could potentially see a dramatic increase in the number of people that click on your ad and buy what you have to offer.
