Twitter Release New Update

By Hassan Khan

A big development, and good news for users, has emerged from the Twitter headquarters today. They have announced that all users will now be given access to their analytics system. This information was previously limited to advertisers.

We feel as if there is probably just a little minor fix that was a bug. Well, not in the case of Twitter, Twitter has done something that no other social media app has ever done before. It is marked as the first to ever do this and take this bold step.

Twitter has now opened up it's analytical access to all of it's users. Having this type of information is so helpful for companies that want to see how their products are doing through their tweets. You can now tract your tweets and even see how they are performing and how many people are liking them. Before, this update one really could not see how their tweets were doing all of this is so different now as it is helpful to share all sorts of information that people did not know of before.

The news was released via an update on the Twitter support page. It noted that the the tweet activity dashboard was just available to people who use the following languages: English, French, Japanese and Spanish. It should also be noted that these users must have had an account for more than fourteen days.

Currently, the Tweet activity dashboard is being offered as a feature for users that tweet primarily in English, French, Spanish or Japanese and who have had an account for a minimum of 14 days. Twitter is gradually rolling out the feature to users whose accounts are run in other languages, and they have the goal of supporting all major languages in the near future. You don't need to do anything to activate analytics. They should be active for your account, assuming it is established, automatically. Simply log in to the analytics page with the account that interests you.

I feel like a lot of us do not even know what we have signed up for when it comes to Twitter. Usually, what happens is we open our phone in the morning and we see an update request. Today, I will talk about what goes behind those updates and one of the biggest updates that has arrived for Twitter for users this very Summer.
