A person also need to observe some safety aspects such as tying up their hair in to ponytail to prevent obstruction. Making sure the helmet strap is properly connected with the chin strap. The helmet to be properly positioned on the head to avoid it falling over the face. To make sure the helmet is worn correctly, one can shake their head back and forth to confirm no movement.

Experts advise that when riding one is not supposed to try out new moves they have not been taught or trained in. One should remember that great riders first observe moves, take their time to learn before performing them. All this takes both concentration and time to learn. All are advised to always look ahead and stay low when making jumps.
